An MD'S big plan came to fruition, with muiltiformat fully matrixes audio and set list control from multiple locations.

One of our first playback rig commissions to require simultaneous MADI and Dante digital I/O as well as 32 balanced analog outputs, allowing the system to cover any connection needs regardless of the event or venue type.

Burna Boy’s team knew they would encounter multiple connection scenarios on the tour, as well as a need to strip down and fly into certain shows, so flexibility and ease of deployment were crucial.
We delivered that.

The playback system covered Burna Boy shows for pretty much every situation they could think of. MADI and Dante when digital quality and precision were required and analog o/p when digital was not an option. Maximum flexibility!

With the rig being operated on the fly from various stage points, we also delivered multiple iPad playback control stations for both MD and tech’s, helping the show ‘flow’.

Burna Boy was one of our first clients to receive the package in our Gravity 'transit system' too. A modular, scaleable ecosystem of rack hardware, rack sleeves and custom foamed peli cases, which together cover almost every travel scenario you can encounter whilst touring.

It features our trademark standards of high flexibility and performance, solid reliability, and speedy set up times.

This rig was all about flexibility in Multiple departments. Knowing that the Output format and transit cases were interchangeable allowed the tour to plan and schedule almost any show, knowing that had everything in place to get the gear there and then connect it and deliver a world class show on arrival.

Burna Boy’s songs sit firmly in Afrofusion, threading Afrobeats rhythms together with touches of dancehall, hip‑hop and highlife so that even slower tracks keep a gentle club‑side sway.

Within Afrobeats he is as a leading figure, and in the live realm, he has scaled from theatres to recurring stadium dates, becoming the first African artist to headline and sell out London Stadium and later stepping up to headline national venues like Stade de France
