Last updated December 15, 2024
Equipment units from the store and with our show ready solutions product line all comes with the standard manufacturers guarantee
Our terms for our custom solution and bespoke clients are below and also show how we value our working relation ships with our clients.
DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
• Gravity Rigs obviously wants the client to be happy with the design before sign-off, hence our delivery of a proposal document for approval. Once the design is approved and signed off this represents the end of the design phase for the project.
• Gravity Rigs will the deliver a full documented design evolved from our feasibility tests and consultancy. This will include a priced ‘Bill Of Materials’ detailing
all the system components and a full ‘Schematic Drawing’ of the designs to allow signal flow reference and understanding.
• Any further design changes will therefore be treated as a new project carrying its own chargeable research time and budget and will not be included within
the Main Proposal or its charges.
• On agreed sign off, of the Main proposal, Gravity Rigs will require a payment of 50% within 48 hours of the project cost to be made before the project build
can commence. (This payment will cover initial costs for the purchasing of the required equipment for the design and allow the component parts of the
design to be gathered ahead of build).
• The remaining 50% of the project cost will not be asked for by Gravity Rigs until after the design has been delivered, knowledge transfer has occurred and
the client is happy that the new system fulfils its agreed requirements, this payment will be on 7-day terms.
EQUIPMENT
• Gravity Rigs will always look to supply equipment cheaper than standard UK retail prices, through our relationships with suppliers.
• Gravity Rigs will purchase all units for the system, assemble, build and soak test the new system thoroughly ahead of delivery.
• Gravity Rigs will deliver the new rig for knowledge transfer of system operation and integration into the clients’ touring setup. At this point ownership and
responsibility for the complete system is with the client.
SUPPORT
• Gravity Rigs will be available for on-line, or phone based technical questions and backup after delivery, in case of equipment failure or malfunction.
• Gravity Rigs are always looking to improve existing systems and keep clients informed of technological advancements or firmware and feature updates
available for equipment used in their systems. This we will do for a 12-month period after delivery. If equipment features in the setup can be improved with
