Airport Friendly Option
Featuring removable rack sleeves for conversion to airport friendly pelis, this is a full stadium rig that can go through an airport with each case under 23kg. Having seen the ‘Disclosure’ rig, ‘Maluma’ approached Gravity in April ’18 for a major upgrade of their keyboard player/DJ’s playback and performance rig.
Design Innovations
On this project the removable rack sleeves in the dual bay rack allowed the conversion to airport mode. The miniaturising of the onstage I/O satellite box containing all the connections needed to take the USB, HDMI, relays, midi and audio through the 20m loom.
Brief
Both A and B rigs into full spec road cases
The B-Rig should be convertible into airport friendly pelis
All three show computers to be located off stage
Stadium level quality and reliability
The design also to allow expansion and flexibility
